Upon arrival, please check your SourBoys package for any signs of damage or missing items before opening the individual candy pouches.

Email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or incorrect items received.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine eligibility for a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out your fresh replacement candy at no extra cost or finalize your refund, ensuring your sour cravings are satisfied.
